Label all of your belongings; plates, bowls, spoons, etc., anything you wish returned to you.
All non-perishable items can be dropped off Friday March 5th from 9 a.m. until noon.
Perishable items should be dropped off Saturday morning by 8 a.m. This is due to limited refrigerator space. Please have all fruits and vegetables, washed, cut, and placed in baggies.
Sugar Free items should be labeled as such.
The lemonade needs to be mixed before being dropped off. Please bring fresh orange juice, no powdered.
A couple of items we could use more of are; 6 or 7 inch plates (300 ct) and 2 gallon container of lemonade. Please contact me before bringing so we don't end up with too much.
Kitchen Helpers for set up day Friday March 5th, need to be at the church by 9:00 a.m. On the day of the seminar, I will be at the church at 6:00 a.m. and have a few others arriving at this time too, but the rest of you should plan on being there from 7 to 7:30.
